The Samsung & Net Promoter Score course is for all technicians that complete Samsung repair jobs. This course teaches technicians about the customer survey that Samsung sends to each of its customers. It explores what the survey contains, how and why Samsung calculates a Net Promoter Score, and ways the technician can discuss the survey with customers. By the end of the course, students will understand the importance of the survey, how their Net Promoter Score affects the availability of jobs in their area, and how to educate customers about the survey.
This course should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
After most lessons, there are ungraded quizzes. There is a final quiz at the end that you must obtain a 75% on in order to pass.
